What Is Coenzyme Q-10?
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a vitamin-like substance that functions as an antioxidant preventing free-radical damage at the cellular level. CoQ10 is a fat-soluble vitamin-like substance present in every cell of your body. CoQ10 is critical in the production of energy within the cell.
