How long will it take to get my order?
You should receive your order within 3-5 business days. Most international orders are received within 14-21 days.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, we offer an unconditional 90-day money-back guarantee on all our products. Within 90 days of placing your order, you may return any product or bottle for any reason. Simply print out the following form, fill it out and send it along with the bottle and any remaining product.
Why was my credit card declined?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You may also use PayPal, or pay by E-Check. You may also choose to mail in your check or money order when you check out.
How will the product be shipped?
Most orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. You have several options including overnight, 2-day air, etc.

Yes, all packages are shipped in discreet packaging. No product, advertising, or marketing material is printed on the box.

How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping costs will vary based on the size of your order, the shipping method you have selected, and your shipping destination. When you check out, you will see each option listed along with its cost. A typical three bottle order shipped via USPS Priority Mail will cost less than $7.00 to ship.
